T5600 Offsite Backup is a private, personal backup utility used by its owner to store an encrypted off-device backup of a home server in Google Drive.
The utility is intended to request the Google Drive drive.file permission. This permission allows it to create and manage files it creates, or files explicitly made available to it. It is not intended to access unrelated existing Google Drive files.
Google Drive access is used only to create, read, update, verify, and delete the application's own encrypted Restic repository objects as required for backup and recovery operations.
Backup contents are encrypted by Restic before upload to Google Drive. OAuth credentials and tokens used by the backup utility are stored locally on the owner's T5600 server and are not intentionally published on this website.
The utility does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or intentionally share it with third parties. Data is used only to provide the backup and recovery functionality described above.
Encrypted backup objects are retained in Google Drive according to the owner's backup-retention policy. The owner can delete the application's files from Google Drive and can revoke the application's Google Account access at any time. Local OAuth credentials and tokens can also be removed from the server.
Use of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
This policy may be updated if the backup utility's functionality or Google API access changes.
